The Adventures Of Harold And The Purple Crayon Fairfax Theatre reviews
Incredible
I saw The Adventures Of Harold And The Purple Crayon in Syracuse on September 10. I have always been a loyal fan since I first heard him on the radio when I was a kid. He has always been my favorite performer and I’ve always felt a connection. I found myself thinking “why can’t I just go up there and tell him how much he means to me? Ok, but after all that, you know how a performer touches you? Before I sound like a crazed fan, let me just say- I was in Wallingford Ct a couple of years ago for Ringo Starr and his All Star band and a woman was in front of us and she looked like she stepped out of a time capsule- pink mini dress, the hair, you get the pic. Anyway, she continuously said “I Love You Ringo” , and at one point he responded. That was all she needed and she began to rush to the stage. Unfortunately the scene got ugly and she was taken away. I found it very sad. Phenomenol show, everyone up there brought the energy and It is a very bittersweet goodbye. Thanks to The Adventures Of Harold And The Purple Crayon and everyone in that band, oh yeah Bernie also. Love to all of you.
